Desk space available for rent and here is the deal:
1. No contract so you just pay as you go on a weekly or monthly basis.
2. One month deposit required for £235 which is used as your last month's rent.
3. One month notice period required if you need to move out.
4. Rent of £58.75 a week or £235 a month which includes business rate, heating, electricity, high speed internet, cleaning, desk, chair, filing cabinet, etc.
5. You will have your own sets of keys with 24 hour access to the building.
