Green Equity Management (GEM) will be moving to a 4 storey terrace in Chippendale on 26th February and after we’ve done a little make-over, want to share our new home with our green-minded friends. It will be a place to innovate, collaborate and make positive change together. More photos/videos to come...

The G Hub will include the following:
• 100% greenpower,
• Local organic waste collection (Large wormfarm),
• Green IT,
• Staff bike fleet,
• Green wall,
• Two outdoor meeting spaces, and
• Full front Louvre with natural light and airflow

The rental terms range from weekly to annually and include:
• Own desk w/ chair (always helps),
• Unlimited wireless and wired internet,
• Bike Storage,
• Personal Locker,
• Shower,
• Unlimited use of tropical outdoor meeting space,
• Use of open air boardroom (Some Limits apply),
• Optional Phone with all local & national calls included,
• Access to colour laser printer, scanner & copier on each level,
• Business name on entrance (Unfortunately longer term tenants only),
• Organic Coffee & Tea,
• Organic Beers every second day, and
• Weekly Organic fruit hamper to cure the hangover

Rules

Week by Week Hire does not include independant access to the building and therefore will need to work between approx 8am - 6pm on weekdays only.

• Maximum of 3 hours per person/per week open air boardroom time, and sorry Week by Week does not include Board Room.
• No bond and reduced rate offered to Week by Week and other tenants that have exceeded their 3 hour slot.
• Of course, fare use policy applies for internet, printer, beers, etc
• Phone not included in above rate - Charged at a rate of $65 per month (excl GST) and may require 12 month contract.
• Phone includes own phone number, auto prompt, mobile transfer, 1 hour of mobile or international calls per month and unlimited local and national calls.
• Week by Week may incur a $10 per week locker and bike rack fee.
